Thank you for sharing the Annual Report. It was lovely to read through, really highlights the amazing impact you and the team have on all the families, you should all be very proud!

It was also great to see the parents felt they benefited from all the workshops and events you provided throughout the year ?

It is great to continue to reflect on our training using feedback from parents and carers, so thank you for sharing this Transitions report with us. It is good to see that in general feedback was very positive and that the workshop continues to be supportive for many parents.

I have enjoyed working alongside you and LPCF. I know that Jenny and Helena will continue that partnership, supporting the invaluable work that you do and the service you provide across the county.

It is so valuable to work in partnership with Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum, we are very grateful for your efforts to actively promote the work of the Lincolnshire Carers Service, always ensuring factual information is shared.
We read your findings from your surveys and have a clear understanding of the priorities of parent carers.
We can refer parent carers to the LPCF website which has so much useful and up to date information on from a broad range of partners.

We would like to further this though and wondered if the parent carer forum would like to become a member of the Carers Steering Group?

Throughout this year, I have valued the commitment of LPCF as an integral partner within the ongoing work across the evolving SEND system within Lincolnshire. As a leader within the SEND system, the continued support and challenge offered by LPCF has remained invaluable. Parental voice is essential in our work and to support in engaging our thinking, and we are privileged that this has continued through our ongoing relationships.
Through the continued building of the workforce development platform, feedback from parental voice through the LPCF team has enabled a continual consideration of content within modules, in order to support schools to access training, in relation to children’s needs
As a leader, I am privileged to work alongside LPCF in ensuring that parental voice is integrated within all of our work, to maintain the needs of the children we serve at the heart of all our work.

Liaise continues to work in partnership with Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum, whose input helps to shape and strengthen our service and the support we offer to families across Lincolnshire. We highly value this strong partnership, which adds clear value to our service delivery and supports us to meet and maintain national minimum standards.

Early Years and Childcare Support value the contribution that LPCF make in ensuring that the voices of families remain at the heart of all we do to deliver the Best Start In Life offer to Lincolnshire children and families.
Their regular attendance at Early Years SENCO networks is vital .This allows for the sharing of information , whether that be through consultation or survey or through the promotion of upcoming workshops, and early years providers report how useful they find this link

As we have progressed through another busy year, Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum continues to be one of our key partners for coproduction, collaborative working, developments, and planning throughout Inclusion.
Their continued involvement across a range of aspects ensures that parent/carers voices are not only heard and listened to, but acted upon and central to decision making.

LPCF’s honest and open working relationship ensures mutual respect remains at the forefront, enabling Lincolnshire as a local area to continue moving forward with developments that are meaningful for parent/carers, and children and young people.

Lincolnshire’s Ofsted and CQC SEND Local Area Inspection, Lincolnshire’s Better Belonging: Inclusion Strategy and Better Belonging: Sufficiency Strategy, and the ongoing development of Hub provision, are just a very small number of aspects that have benefited from this embedded approach in Lincolnshire. As the SEND Reforms are being announced and starting to progress, this relationship has never been more highly valued. Thank you, LPCF, for your continued partnership, which continues to be very much appreciated.”

It is always a pleasure to work with Coralie and the Lincolnshire PCF. Communication and planning is always fantastic.
It is great to see the number of parents that attend and the sessions are always engaging. It is clear from running the sessions how valuable Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum is for the parents that join and attend the events. The sessions have been a place where parent and carers can come together, learn and realise that they are not alone.

Coralie and team are always so welcoming and caring and I can see that it is such a safe place for those that attend. Their hard work and dedication to the parents they support is always clear to see. We have been a part of the Week of SEND event and it is extremely impressive not only seeing the time and effort that must have gone in to preparing and running the event, but also the amount of information available for those that attend.

Lincolnshire County Council sees the Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum as a genuine and highly valued partner within the SEND system. LPCF acts as a trusted critical friend, offering both constructive challenge and support on ideas, proposals, and emerging developments. Through meaningful co production, including helping to shape the EHCP audit and quality assurance process, supporting and strengthening the Local Offer, contributing extensively to the PINS project, shaping how mainstream SEND Hub provision is designed and operates, and more recently supporting the development of our SEND Reform Plan, LPCF plays a central role in influencing operational processes and provision, ensuring services reflect the voices and needs of children, young people and their families’.

Working in partnership with Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum is invaluable in strengthening how health services are shaped, challenged and assured at a system level- for Children and Young People with SEND in Lincolnshire.
Through ongoing dialogue, meaningful co production and constructive challenge, LPCF acts as a trusted critical friend, supporting better strategic decision making and accountability. This partnership helps ensure that service development and improvement activity remains firmly grounded in lived experience, contributing to more responsive, transparent and sustainable outcomes for children, young people and their families.

I invited LPCF to come along and do some co-production around the language that we use in health and social care alongside the It’s All About People personalisation programme and Health Inequalities and Prevention team at the ICB.
Emma was the volunteer who attended the co-production meetings, and even came along to one of the delivery sessions to contribute her thoughts and experiences with attendees. Emma has talked about her own experiences but also shared what parents and carers are telling LPCF about their experiences too. She has been a great advocate for people and has helped us to shape a really powerful learning and development session that is being offered to workforce across the whole of Lincolnshire’s health and social care system. Thank you for your ongoing contributions Emma and for representing the views of many parents and cares across the county.

The Local Authority recognises the LPCF as an essential and highly valued partner. Their work has been instrumental in capturing the voice and lived experiences of young people, families and practitioners, and in shaping understanding of the impact of local policies and practice. The evolving survey work continues to provide rich, meaningful insight that directly informs improvement.
LPCF contributions to the SENDAP Strategic Board and associated operational groups consistently provide robust challenge and constructive influence, strengthening workstreams and driving clear next steps. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment are evident across all levels of the partnership, both strategically and operationally.
As we look ahead to national system reforms, the LPCF will remain a paramount partner and stakeholder. They are ambitious, principled and add significant value to Lincolnshire, and the Local Authority is deeply appreciative of their ongoing challenge, support and collaboration.

I just want to say a massive thank you to you for your time and efforts at the Business Support Away Day last week. In total we had 24 representatives from our partner services and agencies working within and alongside the Family Hubs.

The whole team really valued your time sharing your knowledge and expertise, offering advice and information on your service and importantly, how we connect Lincolnshire Families to this support.

This collaborative way of working is key to us all coming together to effectively support our Lincolnshire Families and offer support in achieving better outcomes for our Lincolnshire Children.

Again, thank you all for your support with this event and I look forward to us working together in the new year.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all your volunteers for doing interviews with our students. It was great for me to see how all the students switched into being professional, and it sounded like really good conversations were going on. After the session, several of the students were incredibly indignant on your behalf, asking me how they could change the system to help support your carers and their loved ones better so it obviously inspired them.

I particularly want to thank your volunteer with lived expereience herself, who was incredibly kind and spoke to 2 different groups.

Thank you for your email about the Week of SEND, I can hear the disappointment within it.

I am sad to hear that this will not be going ahead. I am relatively new to present at the SEND week, but I have found it to be a valuable opportunity to get to know other services in Lincolnshire.
It’s such a shame you have not had the uptake from parents.

So sorry to read the news that you are not holding the Week of SEND this year. Such a difficult decision for you all to make and such a shame regards the decline in parent participation as all of those speakers sharing all of that valued information such a wasted opportunity for families who would have benefited if had attended.

You do such amazing work.

Dear LPCF
Just wanted to say thank you for all your support to children and their families, as well as all your valuable input to LCC, the PCF do an invaluable job.
I retire tomorrow and the new TM for CWD will assist if needed.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to John Chambers who came and supported our SEND parent coffee morning yesterday; we really appreciate this and our parents really valued the information and support he provided.
